In response to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, we would like to take a moment to let you know that we understand the negative impact that many within our healthcare realm are facing. We also want to thank you for having the courage and dedication to work on the front lines of this situation. We want to ensure you that everyone here at Reliance Medical Management is dedicated to supporting each of our clients in any way possible during this difficult time. As we stay tuned to live updates and changes that are happening within the RCM side of healthcare, it is our pledge to make everyone aware of any changes or implementations that may potentially impact you financially. For us, we believe in tackling challenges head on and being proactive, therefore we are putting together a solutions strategy as we feel that it is imperative that we all work together to get through this difficult time.
As, telehealth has become a hot button topic and a unanimous go-to as a social-distancing tool, insurance companies are also beginning to recognize the importance of maintaining the ability to see and care for patients via virtual means. Please note that all insurances will reimburse according to the contract on file and will not reduce reimbursement rates for telehealth services. We have attached our Telehealth Guidelines Provider Cheatsheet as a free resource for everyone who is considering this method of care in the state of North Carolina.
If you are considering implementing and/or coding for telehealth in your practice and you need assistance. Ask us how we can help because we are all in this together!
