How much do our services cost?
Upon our consultation, we will provide our pricing table/tiers to you. For medical billing service packages, we charge on a fix rate per month and all clients can opt-out with a 30 day written or typed notice.
when does reliance get started on my account?
Immediately or whatever date is provided by your office. As soon as the agreements are signed, we will begin the on-boarding process, requesting the necessary information, and building your account documents for your account to be worked by our team.
How can I keep up with the status of my account?
We provide comprehensive reports monthly and hold quarterly meeting with each office.
What is the typical client size that reliance works with?
Any! We are able to serve single providers, private practices, and hospitals.
Does reliance work with companies in all states?
Yes. Some of our current and previous partners are in North Carolina, Georgia, and New York.
